• Device and browser information and an approximate location (estimated from your IP address — city/province level, not a precise location).
• Analytics and advertising cookies and click identifiers, used to measure and improve our marketing.

• To run and personalize the courses for you — for example, to set difficulty and choose lessons that fit you.
• To measure and improve our marketing, so we understand which ads work.
• To process payments when you buy a course.
• To keep the service secure, fix technical problems, and contact you about your account.

We do not sell your data. We share limited information with providers that help our app work, only as needed:

• Advertising and analytics partners — we use Meta (Facebook) and Google to measure our ads. We send them only click identifiers and technical data — NOT your name, email, or phone number.
• Payment and slip-verification providers — SlipOK, to confirm your payment.
• Infrastructure providers, such as servers and data storage.

Some of these providers are overseas (for example, in the United States), so sending some data is a cross-border transfer. We choose providers that keep reasonable safeguards in place.

We keep your data only for as long as we need it to provide the service and for the purposes described above, or as the law requires — generally about {{RETENTION_PERIOD}}. After that, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable. If you’d like us to delete it sooner, just contact us.

You have rights over your data. You can:

Our courses are made for high-school and adult learners. Some learners may be under 20, who are minors under Thai law. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about your child’s data, or would like us to delete it, please contact us using the details below — we’re happy to help.

You can turn off analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings (for example, block third-party cookies or use a tracking-protection extension), or adjust the ad settings in your own Google/Meta account. If you’d like us to stop using your data for ad measurement, just contact us using the details below.
