นักเรียนในโรงเรียนไทยทุกระดับชั้น ตั้งแต่ ป.1 ถึง ม.6 ที่เรียนภาษาอังกฤษตามหลักสูตรแกนกลาง พ.ศ. 2551 ครับStudents in Thai schools at every level, from P.1 to M.6, learning English under the Basic Education Core Curriculum (2008).
กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกำหนดเป้าหมายระดับ CEFR ไว้ว่า A1 เมื่อจบ ป.6 A2 เมื่อจบ ม.3 และ B1 เมื่อจบ ม.6 แต่ในความเป็นจริง นักเรียนจำนวนมากยังไม่ถึงเป้าหมายนี้ ไทยอยู่อันดับที่ 116 จาก 123 ประเทศในดัชนี EF English Proficiency Index 2025 ครับThe Ministry of Education sets CEFR targets of A1 by the end of P.6, A2 by M.3 and B1 by M.6 — but many students are not yet reaching these targets. Thailand ranked 116th out of 123 countries in the EF English Proficiency Index 2025.
